Slow sync flash tutorial
Tonight (22nd May08) Ross taught on the subject of slow sync flash. Ross explained the basic principals behind adding movement and colour to photos taken in low light. Notes can be found in the tutorials section of the website.

Lakes Peaks and dales
Also this evening we all had the pleasure of watching a recorded lecture on the subject of lakes, peaks and dales. A great assortment of landscape images with some creative spin added to a number of images. Plenty of inspiration for us the next time we are out in the field (pun intended).

The press pay us a visit
This evening we had a visit from Jeff Searle from the Bridgwater Mercury. Bridgwater Mercury readers carry their favourite read around the world with them. This time our chairman Ken Hocking was caught on camera reading the paper at Sydenham Camera Club (see picture below).
