Questions & Answers
Tonight (24th Apr 08) It was time for a bit of a change. Paul took back the reigns and gave members a chance have their photoshop questions answered. Image resizing and selecting seems to be common and challenging subjects so these were both covered. Perhaps later we will go into these in more detail.

Don Cristofoli AV competition
As photography moves on so do the possibilities. Now it is easier than ever to use our images in different ways. We as a club are lucky enough to have a digital projector and computer and tonight we put it to good use with our Audio Visual competition judged by Don Cristofoli.

As described by Don, a good slideshow should contain a beginning, middle and an end; it should tell a story and be something more than just a queue of images set to music. Tonights entries covered subjects such as classic cars, the Eden Project and a weekend in London. The entrants broke up their slideshows into sections with titles and used a variety of audio tracks to keep viewer interest.
